1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between salt baji and registered members of this platform ("Users"). By accessing the salt baji website or opening an account, you agree to accept all provisions of these Terms.

The key terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined below:

• "Platform" — The salt baji website and mobile application.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered an account on salt baji.
• "Service" — Casino games, sports betting, live casino and related features provided by salt baji.
• "Bonus" — Any financial or non-financial benefit provided by salt baji.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account on the salt baji platform, a user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Registration or use of the service by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited and legally void.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each user may operate only one account. Opening or operating multiple accounts by the same person — using the same name, address, mobile number, payment account or device — is strictly prohibited.

If multiple accounts are identified, salt baji reserves the right to suspend or close all such accounts and forfeit any associated bonuses or winnings.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth and payment details — must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account closure and freezing of funds.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

salt baji reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. As part of this process, a copy of a government-issued ID, a selfie or other documents may be requested. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify salt baji support immediately. The support team is available around the clock in Bengali and English.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on the salt baji platform is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Only deposits from a payment account registered in your own name are permitted.

Deposits made through a third party or from an account registered in someone else's name will result in those funds being frozen and the account may be suspended.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Applicable payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the most recent deposit. salt baji reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.

4.3 Fund Safety

salt baji keeps members' funds separate from the company's operating funds. However, this is not a legal or government guarantee — users should consider the risks before depositing.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

salt baji offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, it must be wagered 25 times — meaning the bonus amount must be used as bets a total of 25 times before any winnings from it can be withdrawn.

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they receive a bonus of ৳1,000, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• Each bonus is applicable only once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once wagering is complete.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If evidence of multiple accounts or misuse is found, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Cashback

salt baji's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is paid at each tier, calculated at a set rate on that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

salt baji reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotional offer without prior notice.

6 Fair Play and Fraud Prevention

All games on salt baji are operated by software and results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No member or third party can influence this process.

The following activities will be considered fraud and will result in immediate account closure:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using another member's account credentials.
• Bonus abuse or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting system errors to make unusual transactions.
• Attempting to launder money or handle funds from illegal sources.

7 Responsible Gaming

salt baji believes that gambling should be a form of entertainment and not a means of resolving financial difficulties. We encourage every member to play within their means.

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on the salt baji platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and games — is protected by the intellectual property rights of salt baji or its suppliers. Reproducing, distributing or commercially using any content without written permission is prohibited.

Games from third-party providers such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI and other studios are governed by their respective intellectual property rules.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

The methods by which members' personal data is collected, stored and used are described in detail in our Privacy Policy. salt baji uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to protect members' data.

salt baji does not sell members' personal data to third parties. However, certain information may be shared with designated partners for fraud prevention, payment processing or legal compliance.

10 Service Changes and Discontinuation

salt baji reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. The service may be temporarily unavailable during technical maintenance — salt baji will not be liable for this.

If a specific game or section is discontinued, any bets that are active at that time will be settled in the best available manner.

11 Limitation of Liability

salt baji accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Financial losses by a member in betting or games.
• Interruption to a game or transaction due to loss of internet connection.
• Third-party software errors or security breaches.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to a member's own negligence or failure to maintain security.
• Abnormal results in table or slot games due to technical reasons.

salt baji's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the amount of the member's most recent deposit.

12 Dispute Resolution

Continuing to use the service after any change will automatically be taken as your acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly.

14 Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Any delay or waiver by salt baji in enforcing any provision of these terms will not be considered a withdrawal of that provision.
